An extra virgin olive oil composed by single variety of olives Raggia.
The high quality of the resulting oil is due to the scrupulous selection of olives, hand picked at the peak of ripeness and quickly pressed within 24 to 48 hours of picking.
The product obtained is yellow-green in colour with a fruity, intense aroma that varies from medium to light.
Its characteristics make it perfect for use in antipasti, pasta and rice dishes with white fish sauces, mushrooms, truffles, as well as with salads, red or boiled meats, soups and thick soups.
It should be kept in a dry, dark place at an average temperature of 12°-15°C.

  • Storage method: Filtered with cartons and stored in inox tanks with nitrogen atmosphere, in air-conditioned room.

Organoleptic characteristics: Medium fruity with herbaceous tones, green almond hints.
Recommended combinations: Roasted fish, first dishes, side dishes, red meat and toasted bread.
